Option One

You pick up, load, and cart your bricks yourself. This is often a chosen option when clients are building within a short distance of the brick site.

Option Two

We help you load the bricks on your own vehicle, charging an hourly rate for the labour. Similar to option one but , for a small cost, takes out the heaviest work i.e. lifting up on to a vehicle.

Option Three

We stack the bricks on pallets, stretch wrap them for secure transportation, then organize cartage to your building site using a rather long semi-trailer and a four-wheel drive forklift. This method is the most expensive option but usually ends up the most cost effective. It’s main advantage is that the bricks are placed conveniently and strategically around the house site. Often the mudbricks can be taken straight out of the packs and laid on the wall. This saves the work involved in loading a wheel barrow and pushing into position.

Our bricks are well accepted by councils. Just provide us with the contact details of the person you are dealing with, and we will arrange to forward the documentation needed to satisfy official requirements. The overwhelming majority of local councils accept our durability and standard compression tests.

The Question of STRAW!

Yes, we do put straw in our bricks, and no, it doesn’t stick out of the wall when the bricks have been laid. The huge advantage of having the right amount of straw in mudbricks is that the block can be shaped and cut, without breaking.
Bricks may need to be shaped to fit around pipes, hold down bolts or conduit for electrical cable. The presence of straw in our bricks makes even the most complicated cuts achievable.
